Pressure Washing increases the value of your property, could help you sell faster, reduces neighbor & Home Owner Association complaints, prevents some deterioration of structures, provides you with peace & pleasure knowing that you have clean surfaces to look at.

We are not medical doctors, however it is commonly known that mold can produce symptoms such as stuffy nose, wheezing, and red or itchy eyes, or skin. Mold growing on the outside of your structure could make its' way into the inside. Mold has been known to complicate breathing for some with asthma. A good pressure washing may reduce mold growth on exterior surfaces such as walls, concrete, decks, fences and patio surfaces.

We are good at what we do, our techs are trained on slope management and conduct visual plant audits before starting any job. 

 You do not have to be home at the time of the appointment, but we do expect payment within 24 hours of service being completed.  PS- have all dogs or dangerous animals secured while we are on your premises.

Payment due within 24hrs of completion of service. We accept electronic payment only. If needed, ask about financing for larger purchases. Credit cards can be processed online when the office Text and or emails the invoice. The office can provide any receipts or invoices.

 Please specify all work you would like completed. Even if something is attached to another item does NOT mean it is included. For example; if you ask for your house to be washed, that does not include concrete, decks, walls, etc. If it is not specified, it is not quoted.  PS- have all dogs or dangerous animals secured while we are on your premises.

 Yes, the exterior water needs to be on for us to provide service; we do use your water. If you are on a well, please let the office know prior to your appointment. 

If Applicable: We need all gate codes prior to our appointment or our company/tech's name to be listed at the gate. PS- have all dogs or dangerous animals secured while we are on your premises.

 We are NOT responsible for leaks if your roof, window and/or door seals are old and do not seal properly. 

 Please remove all items from any patios, decks, or the house that cannot get wet. 

Please move as many furniture items off the patio or decks. We are happy to help move heavy items, but we are not responsible if anything happens while moving. Please move what you can prior to our appointment. 

Yes, however Oil, grease, paint, or mud stains are NOT included in the standard quote for washing. We must know prior to our pricing/appointment for these items to be removed. There is also no guarantee these items will come off. 

If you have a detached garage, please let us know. It is not included if you do not ask prior to our appointment. 

 If we schedule an appointment via email or telephone and you are given a date and time, that Is the confirmation of our appointment. There is no follow-up call or message.
